WHY WE STARTED
- Woofeel was born from a real and personal experience.
- During his years as a student, our founder Jay was forced to return to his hometown due to the pandemic, leaving behind the dog he had long cared for—a Great Pyrenees. The sudden separation disrupted what had once been a stable, well-established routine of daily care.
- At the time, Jay could only rely on video calls and second-hand updates to understand his dog's diet, condition, and overall health. Although his concern never faded, distance made proper care fragmented and reactive.
WHY WE STARTED
- That experience revealed an often-overlooked truth: the emotional bond between people and their pets remains constant, but pet care depends heavily on physical presence.
- The pandemic merely amplified this issue. In everyday life, distance, time, and unexpected change can interrupt companionship at any moment.
- From this realization, a simple belief became clear: Care shouldn't depend on presence.
- That belief is where Woofeel began.
